Quality Assurance Program
During contract execution technical performance monitoring and control will be conducted on a continuous basis by the PSI team management group. Technical performance involves both the technical work required and the schedule for progress (and ultimate completion of the work). Technical Quality Assurance, Monitoring and Control, Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) are integral parts of the PSI team system. Overall, QA begins with the careful screening of potential employees. By hiring and maintaining only top-caliber professionals, PSI and our teaming partners provide the essential first step in assuring that our services meet or exceed professional standards. These employees are then trained in the ISO 9000 / CMMI compatible procedures designed to provide consistent quality products. Management too has a role in delivering quality. The PSI Team management must monitor performance to verify that the proper procedures are followed. The success the PSI team has achieved using these procedures guarantee support from the entire management team.
